All accommodation bookings made direct with Broadford Hotel – either by phone or through our website – include:
- Full Scottish Breakfast with cooked and continental options*.

- Parking in our private car park.

*If you book via a third-party website eg Booking.com or Expedia, please check your tariff because breakfast may not be included. If this is the case, a Scottish Breakfast is available for £17.50 per person.

You are very welcome to arrive early to enjoy a bit of lounge time or to take a stroll along the Bay. Perhaps we can tempt you to a spot of lunch? If you do, we will happily take care of your bags if you do. If your room is available before 15:00, we’ll let you know. Late check-outs may be arranged for a small fee of £20.00 per room (to arrange, please email reservations@broadfordhotel.co.uk).
Dining times
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 – 9:30, Monday – Friday, and 8:00 – 10:00 at weekends.
- Lunch is served daily from 12:00 – 15:00, Monday – Sunday.
- Dinner is served daily from 17:00 – 20:30, Monday – Sunday.
Accessible stays
Our guest bedrooms are not wheelchair- or access-friendly. Our bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and are only accessible via the stairs as we do not have a lift. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our bar and restaurant are located on the ground floor.
Our Disabled Access Policy explains how we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our guests and visitors through a policy of continuous monitoring and improvement of our facilities and training for our staff.
Dog-friendly stays
Many – but not quite all – of our bedrooms are dog-friendly.
About your doggy stay:
- Your four-legged friend is welcome in your room and the reception area.
- All dog-friendly stays must be pre-booked so we can make sure you have the best bedroom for your stay. Please note that our Superior Double bedrooms cannot accommodate dogs.
We ask just one thing in return: please consider the comfort of other humans, keeping your hound on a lead where necessary and being sure to calm them if they become a bit excited.
Dog-friendly bedrooms need to be pre-booked; a fee of £20.00 applies for each pup (two maximum).
Family-friendly stays
Families are welcome. Our Superior Double rooms can sleep two – four (two adults and two children or three adults). These bedrooms have space for additional folding beds and cots (provided, with bedding) if required. We have also have a children’s dinner menu. Please call to book Family Bedrooms: all our bedrooms are individual and we’ll help you find the best one for your family dynamic.

We understand the importance of our responsibility for future generations and how our choices we make at The Broadford Hotel, if they're not environmentally driven, could affect this.
As a business, we don't do 'green' by halves; we're evolving our operations to protect our natural environment from any adverse effects our hotel could have.
We believe that making conscious changes, implementing them in every aspect of your stay and actively seeking out more ecological choices is more about the journey than the destination. This is why we're proud to say that we've taken our first steps towards adopting a smart, sustainable outlook from top to bottom, showcasing efficient and eco-friendly decisions.

Deposits & cancellations
Your credit or debit card information will be collected when you book, but no pre-payment is taken. Full payment will be taken on departure.
In order to avoid cancellation and/or non-arrival charges, please make any booking changes or cancellations as soon as possible. If you cancel your stay with less than 48 hours' notice, we will charge the full cost to cover your stay.
